Event Styling

Providing your every detail from glassware to napkins Evelyn Event prides themselves on supplying quality equipment. Come and take a look and make selections at our warehouse before your big event. You are spoiled for choice!

Backdrops

Majority of our backdrops are custom made. Heidi being the handywoman she is sees your vision and creates it. Backdrops are any colour, shape or you are able to select from our current range to create the perfect match to your theme or colour scheme.

Balloon Arrangements

Heidi has been trained in balloon arrangements and garlands. All balloon requirements are custom made. We source the balloons and create your individual pieces.

Bell Tent Villages

Quality Bell Tents, bedding, linen, decor & styling for individuals, couples or groups. From birthday celebrations to wedding guests. Corporate events or music festivals. We have the perfect solution for you to be able to offer accommodation onsite for your guests.

Light up Pallet Furniture & stools

Unique and stand out our first of it’s kind pallet cocktail tables and bars are a talking point at any event. Available in 4 different colours – White, Natural, Oak or Dark Stain the choice is yours. Matching stools available.

Trestle tables & chairs

Hire trestle tables and chairs. We have different options for your vibe.

LED or Marquee Light up Numbers

88cm LED battery or powered colour changing remote controlled numbers, static or dancing. 1.2m Marquee globe powered numbers. Every number combination available.

Neon signage

Custom or Neon signs to suit your event available for hire.

Marquees & Flooring

From 3m x 6m to 18m x 18m marquees available to provide a classy cover for your event needs. Weddings, back yard gatherings, break out rooms at a music festival and more.

Floral arrangements

Personalised floral arrangements or bouquets available to be made as per your vision.

Signage

Welcome signs, invitations, table settings etc. We are able to work closely with our preferred suppliers to arrange your signage requirements.

Tablescapes

Glassware, crockery, cutlery, napkins, candle, vases, table runners, florals and more. All available for hire.

Outdoor Movie Nights

Inflatable screen, projector, google chrome cast, speaker. Bean bags, ottomans, moon chairs. Available to keep your guests entertained.

Cake Stands

Various cake stands available for hire.

Cool Room Hire

Small mobile cool room available for hire.

Wedding ceremony settings

Arbours, ceremony chairs, red or white carpet, florals, signing table and chairs, signage. We are able to coordinate and supply it all.

Picnics

For 2 to 40 we can prepare your picnic table, decorations, crockery, cutlery, glassware, napkins, cushions and rugs. We also have the option of a canopy for some subtle elegance and shade.

360 Photo Booth

Proposals

We love proposals and being part of the secret. We are able to assist with helping bring your vision to life. Along with putting you in touch with a limousine company who will give you great rates if you mention our name.
